Terms of Use

The app is provided by MotiveX Intelligence Inc. (MotiveX Intelligence A.S., Manisa, Turkey). In these terms, we means MotiveX Intelligence and you means the person using the app.

Subject to your compliance with the law and these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, sell, or create derivative works of the app.

• Do not use the app for unlawful, harmful or rights-infringing purposes
• Do not disrupt the security or operation of the app or attempt unauthorized access
• Do not impersonate or harass another user

You can use the app as a guest without an account. If you sign in with Google or Apple, you are responsible for the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You can delete your account at any time.

Zovia is completely free. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions or ads.

The app, its design, logos, text, software and all content belong to MotiveX Intelligence or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. No rights are granted other than the license given to you.

The app may use Google, Apple and Firebase services for authentication. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

The app is provided as is and as available. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Zovia is an assistive communication tool; it is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment or professional therapy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MotiveX Intelligence is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. You may end your use at any time by uninstalling the app and deleting your account if you have one.

We may update these terms from time to time. We announce significant changes via in-app notice. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes are subject to the courts and enforcement offices of Manisa. Your statutory rights as a consumer are reserved.
