Delete Account

You have full control over your data. You can delete your Zovia-AAC account and all related personal data in one of the following ways.

From inside the app

If you signed in with Google or Apple, go to Settings > Account > Delete Account in the app and confirm. Your account and related authentication data are permanently deleted.

Without the app (via the web)

If you uninstalled the app or cannot reach the in-app option, send a deletion request to [email protected] from the email you signed in with. After we verify your request, we permanently delete your account and related data within 30 days at the latest.

Guest use

If you used Zovia as a guest, you have no cloud account. Your sentences, custom buttons, favorites and settings are stored only on your device. Uninstalling the app removes this data from the device.

After deletion

All personal data tied to your account is deleted. Only records we are legally required to keep are retained for the period required by law and then deleted.
